Neil Goodson

Neil Goodson is a seasoned professional in product management and design, currently serving as Senior Director of Product Management & Design at UniGroup since August 2018. Throughout a progressive career, Neil has held various roles within UniGroup, including Director of Product Design and Product Design Manager. Previously, Neil was the Lead UX Designer at Parents as Teachers National Center, responsible for the design and development of a new Learning Management System. Neil also led UX design at Integra-ats for a project management application, and served as Product Manager at Reliable Landscape, where brand integration was key. Early career experience includes roles as Creative Director at Thole Consulting and Destiny Church, focusing on branding and digital strategy. Neil earned a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from Full Sail University in 2015.
