Amit Vengsarkar

Amit Vengsarkar has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 1999, they started their career as an Application Developer at Input Solutions and Consultancy Services, where they provided support for hardware installation and developed and installed applications using Visual Basic, Crystal Reports, and Oracle.

In 2001, they worked as a System Officer at Hindustan Dorr-Oliver Ltd., where they worked on development tasks, supported and maintained applications, and updated documentation.

From 2004 to 2013, Amit worked at Tech Mahindra as a Tech Lead, where they provided release and environment management and actively participated in IT meetings.

In 2013, they joined Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Service Delivery Manager. In this role, they were responsible for driving effective delivery framework and governance across multiple teams and geographies, managing release and environment management processes, building trust relationships with technical teams and IT managers, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Currently, since 2020, Amit is working at Uniken Inc. as a Manager - Infra & DevOps. In this role, they plan, directs, and oversees the day-to-day operations of the DevOps team, following Scrum methodologies.

Amit Vengsarkar completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics at K. V. Pendharkar from 1993 to 1998. Prior to that, they attended Swami Vivekananda Vidya Mandir Ranapratap from 1983 to 1993, where they obtained their SSC degree. In terms of additional certifications, Amit Vengsarkar has earned various cybersecurity and IT-related certifications from institutions such as LinkedIn, Udemy, Simplilearn, AXELOS Global Best Practice, APMG International, and Google. Amit'scertifications cover topics such as security architecture, implementing cybersecurity frameworks, IT service management, IoT foundations, Agile Scrum mastery, data science with Python, infrastructure automation, Apache Kafka, ITIL foundations, PRINCE2 Agile, and Google Cloud engineering.
