Kseniya Revus serves as the Head of HR at Unikoom since November 2020, where responsibilities include recruitment, candidate assessment, and HR process management. With extensive experience across various roles, including HR Director and Coach/Psychologist, Kseniya specializes in talent acquisition, development of corporate culture, employee motivation systems, and psychological counseling. Previous positions include Senior Recruitment Specialist at Svialcom and Human Resources Manager at "Сими," alongside freelance work in recruitment and educational roles. Kseniya holds a Master's degree in Psychology and has completed professional coaching training at the Professional Coaching University.
