Sindre Chapman has extensive experience in the food quality sector, currently serving as Team Leader Product Quality Food and Product Quality Manager at Unil AS since October 2015. Previously, Sindre held a position as Quality Controller at Aker BioMarine Antarctic from March 2012 to September 2015, focusing on the Quality Management System and health, safety, and environment protocols. Prior experience includes a role as Quality Manager at Harlem Food, where Sindre developed a quality system to meet ISO 9001 and BRC standards, and a part-time Laboratory Assistant position at TINE SA during studies. Sindre holds a Master's degree in Food Science from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Processing from Sør-Trøndelag University College.
