Nicholas Karl

Nicholas Karl is an experienced Architectural Designer currently employed at Uniland Development since August 2012, specializing in digital modeling and producing presentation drawings for various projects, including notable developments such as 505 Ellicott Office and 250 Delaware Avenue. Prior experience includes volunteering for the University at Buffalo Solar Decathlon Proposal, collaborating with a team to design and construct a solar-powered house, and serving as a Graphic and Web Design Intern at Studio North Architecture, where website design and graphic organization were key responsibilities.
