Jawad Alaoui

Jawad ALAOUI is a highly experienced professional in data science and technology, currently serving as the Co-founder and CEO of NORMA since September 2020, and Chief Technology Officer at Indie Plaza since January 2022. ALAOUI also holds a position as a Part-time Associate Professor at Université Gustave Eiffel from September 2024, teaching deep learning and statistical models, and acts as an External Part-time Teacher of Statistics and Computer Science in the i-SAFE program at UniLaSalle. Previous roles include Technical Lead at ValueCo (Techstars '22), Associate at THEOLEX, Senior Data Scientist at Bpifrance, and multiple positions at Societe Generale, where ALAOUI contributed significantly to various internal start-ups and data science projects. ALAOUI holds an engineer's degree in Applied Mathematics from Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rouen and a Master’s Degree in Fundamental and Applied Mathematics from Université de Rouen.
