Michael L. Kent, CCIM, CPM has a strong background in property management and operations. Michael L. began their career at Invesco Aim in 1993, where they worked in operations management for a decade. Michael L. then joined Jones Lang LaSalle as an Assistant General Manager from 2004 to 2007. Following this, they worked at Brookfield Properties as part of their property management team in 2007-2008. From 2008 to 2017, they served as a Senior Property Manager at Stream Realty Partners. Currently, they are employed at Unilev Management Corporation, where they have held several roles including Director of Property Management (2017-2019), Director of Operations (2019-2020) and is currently the Chief Management Officer.
Michael L. Kent, CCIM, CPM completed their undergraduate education at The University of Texas at Austin from 1988 to 1992. During this period, they pursued a degree in Government with a focus on Economics.

Unilev Management was founded in 1993 as the exclusive arm of Unilev Capital to ensure quality proactive management and leasing programs for Unilev Capital properties. Unilev Management is a full service real estate company providing due diligence, asset management, property management, leasing, accounting and engineering services. Unilev's staff is well trained and highly experienced. Our employees are members of various professional organizations including the Institute of Real Estate Management, Building Owners and Managers Association, International Council of Shopping Centers, Texas Real Estate Commission, Houston Association of Realtors and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
