Adem Ates

Adem Ates currently serves as the Ice Cream HR Head of Supply Chain and Employee Relations/Industrial Relations Lead at Unilever, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Adem held the title of Head of Human Resources at Essentra from November 2023 to January 2025, overseeing a leading company in component manufacturing.
