Andrea Camille "AC" Dela Cruz is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and acquisition. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Talent Partner at Unilever since July 2021, Andrea oversees talent strategy and recruitment across multiple divisions.
