Debalina Sinha is an accomplished research and development professional specializing in product formulation, with extensive experience in the oral care, skincare, and deodorant sectors. Currently serving as R&D Product Development Manager and Technical Project Leader at Unilever since December 2019, Debalina has previously held key roles at L'Oréal, including R&D Manager and Senior Scientist, focusing on formulation development and technical project leadership. With a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry and comprehensive expertise in molecular modeling and computational chemistry, Debalina has a proven track record in developing safe and effective skincare products, overseeing the technical aspects of product formulation, and managing cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.
