Denise Leopoldino

Denise Leopoldino, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Home Care HR Lead for North America at Unilever and is the Head of Equity, People & Culture at Vermont Foodbank. With extensive experience in human resources, Denise has held roles such as Director of Workforce Vitality and Director of Culture, Global People Strategies at Cox Automotive Inc., where strategies enhanced diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being for over 35,000 employees. Prior experience includes leadership in diversity and inclusion initiatives at The Walt Disney Company, ESPN, where Denise developed global strategies and learning programs. Denise also owned Wellness in Progress, LLC, focusing on corporate fitness and wellness programs, and held the position of Director of Corporate Fitness at Executive Risk/Chubb Insurance. Denise holds a BS in Exercise Science - Health Promotion from Keene State College.
