Erja Hyrsky

Erja Hyrsky is an experienced business executive currently serving as the General Manager of Ice Cream Nordics at Unilever, overseeing a €300m business with full P&L responsibility. Hyrsky has held various leadership roles within Unilever, including Ice Cream Lead Nordics, Strategy Director for Global Markets, Managing Director of Unilever Finland, and Sales Director for Unilever Foods. In addition to Unilever, Hyrsky is a member of the Board of Directors at Metsä Board and previously served as Chairman of the Board for Eläkesäätiö Polaris. Prior experience includes key positions at Procter & Gamble and a sales graduate role at Hewlett-Packard. Hyrsky holds an M.Sc. in Economics with a focus on Marketing from Turun kauppakorkeakoulu, complemented by international studies in Chile and France.
