Hasan Simeen

Hasan Simeen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as a Global Mergers & Acquisitions Senior Manager at Unilever since August 2023 and as a Board Member at Dollar Shave Club since June 2024. Prior to this, Hasan held the position of Vice President at Bespoke Capital Partners from September 2017 to April 2023, focusing on private equity investments in the consumer sector across Europe and North America. Hasan's earlier experience includes roles as an Analyst/Associate in the consumer M&A team at Houlihan Lokey and as a Senior Associate in the M&A team at PwC, where responsibilities included financial due diligence on various transactions. Hasan began a career at PwC as a Public Sector Assurance Intern and worked as a Statistician at Statbunker before pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, along with obtaining the ACA qualification from ICAEW and a B.A. (Hons) in Economics from The University of Manchester.
