Jatin Sethi

Jatin Sethi is an experienced professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as the Innovation, Portfolio and R&D Operations Lead for UFS Global at Unilever since October 2005. Jatin has been instrumental in shaping a long-term innovation program aimed at driving growth towards the company's 2030 ambitions while also leading cross-functional teams in various roles, including Head of Innovation for Knorr and as R&D Business Partner for the Global Knorr Brand. Previous positions at Unilever include Global R&D Lead across multiple domains such as Bouillon, Seasonings, and Dry Technologies. Prior to joining Unilever, Jatin was the Head Chef at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces. Education includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University, and a Diploma in Hospitality Management from the Institute of Hotel Management Delhi.
