Joanny Lijbers

Joanny Lijbers has extensive experience in Human Resources and Marketing, currently serving as the Head of HR Benelux and Head of HR Nutrition Europe/METU/ANZ at Unilever since June 2010. Responsibilities include driving HR initiatives, digital transformation, and the ED&I agenda while fostering talent development and building an agile culture. Joanny also held roles as Marketing & Business Director for Beauty & Personal Care, focusing on sustainable growth and leadership within the company. Joanny's previous positions include Brand Development Manager and several senior roles at Bel Nederland and Hallmark Cards. Joanny's educational background includes a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Erasmus University Rotterdam and various leadership programs, including Women’s Leadership at INSEAD.
