Johanna V.

Johanna V. currently serves as the Head of R&D for North America Nutrition at Unilever, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Johanna V. had an extensive tenure at PepsiCo from December 2010 to June 2023, where responsibilities included leading Break-through Innovation and Culinary Excellence for Global Beverages and driving the innovation agenda for Latin America Beverages. Johanna V. also contributed as Director for Global Snacks R&D and led ingredient development initiatives in Mexico Foods. Earlier in career, Johanna V. worked at Kraft Foods from August 2000 to November 2010, overseeing innovation and productivity improvement programs across various dessert brands. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Global Food Technology & Innovation from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
