Karla Hrabar is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in data analytics, AI, and digital transformation, currently serving as the Head of Data and Analytics, AI and Digital Transformation for Europe at Unilever since January 2018. In this role, Karla created a new function overseeing a €12 billion turnover across 39 countries, leading a team of over 100 employees to drive competitive advantage and retail value growth. Previous positions at Unilever include Global Head of Customer and Sales Strategy and Senior Director for Data and Analytics in the UKI region, where Karla focused on digital transformation and cultural change. Prior experience at Procter & Gamble involved leading commercial strategies for major business units, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering significant retail sales growth. Karla's education includes a Master’s Degree in Marketing from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management with Economics from Royal Holloway, University of London.
