Kunal Sharma is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leading HR functions across multiple regions and industries. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Beauty & Wellbeing, R&D, and Digital in South Asia at Unilever, Sharma has also held roles such as Head of Global Employee Relations & Manufacturing HR and HR Head for Unilever North Africa, Levant & Iraq. Previous experiences include managing human resources at ICICI Prudential and working as Assistant Manager HR at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited.
