Olga Vanlare

Olga VanLare, SHRM - SCP, currently serves as the Associate Director of North America Talent Acquisition at Unilever, where leadership of corporate and factory talent acquisition teams is undertaken to support the North American market since April 2022. Prior to this role, Olga held positions at Unilever, including Senior Manager and Manager for North America Supply Chain and Factory Talent Acquisition, overseeing significant teams of Talent Advisors for various factories and corporate functions. Prior experience also includes roles at Haworth and recruitment positions at Michael Page and Hays, specializing in finance and accountancy. Olga holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Silesia in Poland.
