Paola Silano

Paola Silano has extensive experience in procurement, demand planning, and supply chain management across major companies in the consumer goods industry. Paola has worked at Unilever since January 2012, holding various titles including Associate Director of Procurement, Senior Manager of Demand Planning, and Senior Manager of Supply Planning, among others. Prior to Unilever, Paola worked at L'Oreal from June 2006 to December 2011, serving as Launch and Supply Manager and Market Supply Logistics Analyst, among other roles. Paola's career also includes engineering positions at Colgate-Palmolive Co. and Anheuser-Busch. Paola holds an MBA from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
