Roja Kompalli

Roja Kompalli has extensive experience in digital marketing and information technology, currently serving as Platform Lead Manager and Solution Architect for the Consumer Performance Platform at Unilever since September 2014. Prior to this role, Roja held multiple positions at Dell, including Information Technology Operations Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and Program Manager. Additional experience includes serving as Account Manager at Dhanush InfoTech Pty Ltd and Quality Manager at the University of Brighton. Earlier in a career, Roja worked as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Roja holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
