Salome Nderitu

Salome Nderitu, MCIPD, MIHRM, CHRP(K), serves as the Leadership Development Director at Unilever since July 2013, with previous roles including Talent Learning & Org. Director for Africa and HR Director for East Africa. With a career at Unilever spanning over a decade, Salome has expertise in developing talent and learning solutions tailored to the local context. The role includes collaborating with HRBP teams to implement programs that enhance the organization's talent capabilities. Prior to the current role, Salome was HR Business Partner at Unilever Uganda from October 2003 to August 2006. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Africa.
