Sooraj Santhanam

Sooraj Santhanam is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Innovation at Unilever since May 2015, having held various roles including Head of Innovation and Senior Brand Manager for Innovations and Crafting. Previous positions at Unilever include Senior Brand Manager for Deployment, Customer Marketing Manager for Homecare and Skin Cleansing, and Area Sales Manager overseeing sales in Vidarbha, Maharashtra, with a substantial annual turnover. Prior to Unilever, Sooraj was a Management Trainee at Tata Administrative Services and completed a summer internship at Tata Motors, where responsibilities included customer support management for commercial vehicles. Sooraj holds a Post Graduate Program in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Marketing from IIM Bangalore and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
