Vibhasha Kumari

Vibhasha Kumari is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles across leading companies. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Unilever, Vibhasha has previously held positions such as Manager: Human Resource Business Partner at DIAGEO India and Assistant Manager at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, where Vibhasha also began as a Management Trainee. Earlier career experience includes a role as an Associate System Engineer at IBM. Vibhasha holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resource Management from Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar) and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Krishna Institute of Engineering and Technology.
