Jan Goeminne

Jan Goeminne has extensive work experience in the wood panel industry. Jan started their career at Spano in 1991 as a Production Manager and worked there until 1998. Jan then joined Spanolux and held various roles, including Plant Manager, C.O.O., and C.O.O. Spanolux. In these roles, they were responsible for improving production processes, implementing quality management systems, and introducing continuous improvement initiatives. In 2015, Jan Goeminne joined Unilin Panels as the Operations Director for MDF/HDF and later became the Project Director for MDF/HDF. Currently, they are the Technology Director for Unilin Panels MDF, where they focus on optimizing existing plants, preparing strategic investments, and overseeing project start-ups and training.

Jan Goeminne's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in engineering from Ghent University, which they completed from 1986 to 1990. Jan then pursued a Master's degree in mechanical engineering from The University of Manchester, which they obtained from 1990 to 1991. Later on, from 2006 to 2007, Jan received a Black Belt Six Sigma certification from Stanwick France. In 2007, they also completed an Executive MBA program from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
