Hannah Sheridan has over a decade of experience in customer success and management roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Unily since October 2021, Hannah previously held the positions of Customer Success Executive at the same company and Customer Experience Executive at Kegstar from November 2019 to October 2021. Hannah's career began at Waitrose & Partners, where a tenure from September 2009 to November 2019 culminated in the role of Team Manager. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from St Mary’s University, Twickenham, obtained between 2011 and 2014.
