Head Of Customer Success, APAC at Unily

Matthew Mo has a diverse work experience in project management and customer success roles. Matthew started as a Project Officer at Cordelta in 2011, then moved on to roles at Adelphi Digital Consulting Group and Australian Border Force. In 2016, they joined Adrenalin Media as a Digital Project Manager before transitioning to various customer success roles at Unily, where they eventually became the Head of Customer Success, APAC in 2022.

Matthew Mo completed their Year 12 Certificate at St Edmunds College from 1995 to 2003. Matthew then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Psychology / Bachelor of Management with a major in HR at the University of Canberra from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as Unily Certified Professional in 2023 and holds qualifications in Advanced Recruitment Skills and Certified ScrumMaster.
