Tiago Madeira

Tiago Madeira, MD, MBA, PhD, currently serves as the Executive Director of Coopneuro Cooperativa Dos Neurocirurgioes Do Estado Do Espirito Santo and as a Board Member and Head of the Professional Practice Committee for the Brazilian Society of Neurosurgery since January 2023. As the Chief Executive Officer, Founder, and Chairman of Smart Device, Tiago has led the organization since June 2021. Additionally, Tiago holds roles as an Interventional Neuroradiologist and Neurosurgeon at Unimed Vitória and Hospital Santa Rita, where Tiago is also the Head of the Stroke Center. Tiago co-founded Alliance Neurosurgery and Neurosciences in April 2019 and has been a member of the Brazilian Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Neuroradiology since 2013. Educational credentials include a PhD in Neurosciences from Unifesp - Universidade Federal de São Paulo, an MBA in Economics and Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and specialized training in Interventional Neuroradiology and Neurosurgery.
