Yu-Hua Chen

Yu-Hua Chen is an experienced professional currently serving as the Vice President of the Unimicron CEO office, Carrier SBU, RD Division since November 2012. Prior to this role, Yu-Hua Chen held the position of Deputy RD Director of the Packaging Technology Division at ITRI from October 2001 to October 2012. Yu-Hua Chen earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemistry from National Taiwan University, where studies were completed between 1997 and 2001.
