Guilherme Braguim

Guilherme Braguim is an experienced professional in data protection and cybersecurity, currently serving as Líder de Proteção de Dados e Cibersegurança at P&B Compliance since June 2023. Guilherme is also an Associado at the Associação Brasileira de Governança de Dados (govDADOS) and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) since July 2020. Additionally, Guilherme holds a position as a council member at the Digital Rights Association and is an active member of the Comitê de Direito Digital at CESA. As a guest professor at UNINASSAU, Guilherme teaches "Direito Digital" in the MBA program in Data Science, Analytics, and BI. Previous roles include Head of Practice in Data Protection at /asbz and Senior Compliance Officer at BRF. Guilherme obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and has pursued further specialization in Intellectual Property and related legal areas.
