Rufus Vinod

Rufus Vinod is a researcher at InFLAMES Research Flagship and Uniogen, focusing on the design and execution of experiments for developing diagnostic tools, particularly biomarker assays for gastrointestinal cancers. At Reilu, Rufus serves as the Chief Executive Officer, promoting ethical and environmentally responsible food delivery. Additionally, Rufus is a Ph.D. student and has significant experience as a research assistant at the University of Turku, specializing in CRISPR/Cas9 technology for gene knockout in B lymphocytes. Rufus has a Master's degree in Molecular Biotechnology and In Vitro Diagnostics from the University of Turku and an MS in Biotechnology from the University of Lahore. Rufus also has experience in the arts, having served as the lead singer for the Kiyan band and worked as a teacher at Cathedral High School.
