Dr. Jeewantha Perera

Dr. Jeewantha Perera has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Dr. Jeewantha started their career in 1996 as the Chairman of Be the Best Foundation, where they conducted various programs, workshops, trainings, and coaching sessions focusing on personal and professional development. In 2003, they joined Be the Best, The Human Development Institute as a Trainer and Banker, where they specialized in delivering workshops and programs on soft skills, attitude, leadership, early childhood, visionary development, lean management, and entrepreneurship. In 2017, Dr. Perera joined Union Bank of Colombo as the Head of Leasing and Chief Manager - Branch Network, responsible for managing the leasing department and the bank's branch network. In 2020, they also became a Lions Clubs International Certified Instructor (LCIP) at the International Association of Lions Clubs. Throughout their career, Dr. Perera has demonstrated expertise in program development, training, coaching, and leadership.

Dr. Jeewantha Perera attended Royal College in Colombo 7 from 1982 to 1990, where they obtained a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Human Skill Development, Business Administration, and Positive Life Development. Dr. Jeewantha also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
