Kandeepan Ihsan

Kandeepan Ihsan is the current CFO at Union Bank of Colombo. Prior to this, they were a Director at Dehigama Hotels Company Ltd from July 2021 to September 2021. Kandeepan has also served as a Director at CF Growth Funds Ltd from January 2016 to September 2021, and as a Director at CF Insurance Brokers Ltd from May 2014 to September 2021. From May 2017 to November 2021, they were the General Manager (Finance) / Chief Financial Officer at Central Finance Co PLC. From August 2008 to April 2011, they were the Assistant Manager- Audit at Hatton National Bank PLC. Prior to that, they worked at Deloitte from April 2003 to August 2008 as a Manager in the Assurance & Advisory Services department.

Kandeepan Ihsan has a Certified Global Management Accountant certification from the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, a Fellow Member certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka in Accounting and Finance, and an Associate Member certification from CIMA in Accounting and Business/Management. Kandeepan Ihsan also has certification from Euromoney Learning in CFO Training, certification from Sri Lanka Institute of Directors in Board Leadership Programme in Strategy, and certification from INSEAD Executive Education in Global Strategy.

Kandeepan Ihsan reports to Indrajit Wickramasinghe, Executive Director & CEO. They are on a team with S. Sri Ganendran - VP, Operations, Chaya Jayawardane - VP, Retail Banking, and Inoka Jayawardhana - VP, Head of Legal & Company Secretary.
