Tharindu Lokupothagama is an experienced professional in contact center management and operations, currently serving as the Head of Contact Centre at Union Bank of Colombo since July 2023. Prior to this role, Tharindu held the position of Associate Manager Contact Centre at National Development Bank PLC from March 2022 to July 2023 and progressed through various roles at Union Bank of Colombo, including Officer Contact Centre Operations from May 2020 to March 2022.
