Gladys Ocampo

Gladys Ocampo has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Business Partner and Head of HR Shared Services at UnionBank of the Philippines since June 2016, where Gladys also holds the position of Vice President, Organizational Capability Center of Excellence Lead, and previously served as Assistant Vice President, Head of Learning and Development. Ocampo held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at UBX Philippines from March 2021 to February 2024, and prior to that, worked at Jollibee Group of Companies as Director of Talent Management and Organizational Development for Chowking and Learning & Development Manager in Corporate Talent Management. Ocampo began the career as a Corporate Trainer at AIG and worked as an HR Supervisor at IMI. Ocampo obtained a Bachelor's degree in AB Psychology and BSC Marketing from the College of the Holy Spirit from 1993 to 1998.
