Michael Vincent F. Condez

Michael Vincent Condez currently serves as the Vice President and Head of IT Service Assurance at UnionBank of the Philippines, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Michael held various director-level positions at Globe Telecom from October 2013 to September 2022, including Director of Infrastructure Service Delivery and Director of IT Service Operations, among others. Michael's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Application and Information Science from San Beda College and a degree in Computer Engineering Technology from the Technological University of the Philippines.
