Don Hopkins

Don Hopkins is an experienced executive in church leadership and creative media. Currently serving as the Executive Pastor of Experience at Union Church since February 2025, Don leads multiple teams to create engaging worship experiences that reflect the church's mission. Previously, as Creative Director at Transformation Church, Don spearheaded media campaigns to boost brand visibility and audience engagement. Don's background includes serving as Senior Producer at Hagee Ministries, where strategic execution of weekend services was prioritized, and Creative Director roles at both Revolution Church and The Rock-SA, focusing on enhancing creative experiences and overseeing music department operations. Don holds a degree from Oral Roberts University.
