Scott Jones

Scott Jones currently serves as the Vice President for Administration and Finance at Union College since August 2021, overseeing various units including financial planning, audit and financial services, facilities management, and campus safety. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Assistant Vice President for Finance at Colby College, where responsibilities included managing a $213 million annual operating budget and developing long-term financial models. Earlier in the career, Scott worked as a Senior Manager for Business Analysis at the University of Virginia, overseeing a $1.6 billion budget, and held senior analyst roles at CarMax Inc and Crestar Financial Corporation. Scott's consulting experience was gained at H-J Consulting. Educational credentials include an MBA from William & Mary and a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia.
