Lisa Andrews is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Union Community Care since September 2024, where Lisa leads HR initiatives for the only Federally Qualified Health Center in Lancaster and Lebanon counties. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Calvary Homes and Director of Human Resources at Hamilton Health Center. Lisa's expertise also encompasses a range of HR functions from benefits administration as a Human Resources Consultant at Eastern Alliance Insurance Group- ProAssurance to leading HR operations at Lancaster Rehabilitation Hospital and senior HR administration at Johnson & Johnson. Lisa began their career at Lancaster General Health, holding roles as Safety Officer and Benefits and HRIS Specialist. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.

We understand and embrace the complex lives and unique strengths of our patients, and we work hard to break down all barriers to care. This means we look through a grassroots lens.
