Hawa Bonds

Hawa Bonds is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public relations, event management, and diversity consulting. Currently serving as Division Director for Union County, New Jersey since May 2014, Hawa Bonds oversees administrative staff and fosters partnerships while aligning with county strategic marketing goals. Previously, Hawa Bonds directed distinguished events for the American Cancer Society from December 2010 to June 2014, focusing on event development and communication strategies. Experience also includes managing media relations and public relations for the Cincinnati Black Theatre Company and consulting on diversity policies at Hamilton County Mental Health and Recovery Services. Hawa Bonds holds a Master of Science in Public Relations from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Syracuse University.
