Fraz Javed

Fraz Javed currently serves as the General Manager of Human Resources at Union Developers, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Fraz was the Senior Human Resources Manager at RAFI GROUP LAND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY in Pakistan from February 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included the implementation of ERP/HRIS, recruitment, employee relations, and talent management. Fraz also worked as an HR Manager at Bahria Town between January 2010 and February 2017, focusing on recruitment and payroll management systems. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Officer at CDM USAID in early 2011. Fraz Javed holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the Punjab, an MBA in HR & Management, and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Management Services, both from Foundation University.
