Bernie Kelly

Bernie Kelly has a diverse work experience in engineering and project management. From 1997 to 2004, they served as an Engineering Manager at Weirton Steel Corp. Following this, they joined SD Engineers as a Project Manager from 2004 to 2007. Currently, Bernie is working as a Director of Engineering at Union Electric Steel Corp, a position they have held since 2007.

Bernie Kelly completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology from 1971 to 1976. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 1987 to 1991.
