Andy Alarcon

Andy Alarcon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Director de Ingeniería de Proyecto at Union Electrica S.A. since January 2009, Andy specializes in the construction and infrastructure of fiber optic networks, including network design and IT technology equipment. Prior to this role, Andy held the position of O&M Engineer, responsible for the operation and maintenance of fiber optic networks for ISA-Internexa S.A. Andy's educational background includes a Master's degree in Project Management from EAE Business School, a specialization in Applied Finance from Universidad del Pacífico, and various certifications in telecommunications and management.
