Jamie (Schecter) Krusch, JD, is a seasoned fundraising professional with a significant background in nonprofit leadership and development. Currently serving as the Senior Major Gifts Officer at the Union for Reform Judaism since May 2024, Jamie has previously held key roles including Director of Advancement at the OrthoCarolina Research Institute and Executive Director at Girls on the Run Greater Charlotte. At Girls on the Run, Jamie was responsible for operational management and strategic planning, leading a team and focusing on fundraising initiatives. Jamie's development expertise was further honed at North Carolina Hillel, where fundraising plans were implemented to achieve goals, alongside a focus on community engagement and project management.
