Lani Hart

Lani Hart is a seasoned nonprofit professional with extensive experience in leadership development, strategic planning, and fundraising. Currently serving as Managing Director at the Union for Reform Judaism since October 2021, Lani previously held the role of Director of Development at Olin-Sang-Ruby Union Institute. Lani's consulting work includes significant contributions to organizations such as Blue Engine, Taproot Foundation, and PresenTense. Prior experience encompasses positions at Evolve Giving Group and Giving Tree Associates as a Senior Associate Consultant, as well as roles at the Jewish Federations of North America, UJA-Federation of New York, and the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington. Lani holds a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Arts from New York University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
