Ron Gonzales

Ron Gonzales has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ron has held executive leadership positions, including CEO and Executive Director, in various mission and shelter organizations such as the Union Gospel Mission, New Orleans Mission, and Los Angeles Mission. Ron has a track record of successfully turning around struggling organizations and raising funds for operational expansion and facilities restoration. Additionally, they have experience as a Marketing Director and Financial Adviser at World Financial Group, where they recruited and trained agents and marketed insurance and securities. Ron also has a background in business administration, technical writing, logistics, and program management, having worked for companies such as TRW and Trend Western.

Ron Gonzales has a diverse education history. In 1977, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies from UCLA. Following that, from 1985 to 1986, they studied Management and Organizational Theory at the University of Southern California. In 1970, they attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where they focused on Communications and earned a major in that field.

In terms of certifications, Ron obtained the Certified Non-Profit Counselor certification from the National Development Institute in June 2010. Ron also acquired the Certified Trainer and Counselor certification from the Life Languages Institute in October 2001.
