Samara Taher

Samara Taher is a seasoned physician with a focus on family medicine, currently practicing at Union Health Service Inc. since October 2019, where services are provided to Union members and their families. In addition to clinical practice, Samara has been a Course Facilitator at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine since October 2016, aiding in the education of medical students. Furthermore, medical students from the University of Chicago benefit from community-centered training under Samara's guidance as a Community Preceptor for CommunityHealth. Previous roles include serving as a Family Physician at Northwestern Medicine and Chicago Family Health Center, and holding board membership at Advocate Trinity Hospital. Samara's academic credentials include an MD from Northwestern University - The Feinberg School of Medicine and completion of a Family Medicine Residency at Macneal Family Medicine Residency Program.
