Amy Hock

Amy Hock currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Union Hospital, a position held since April 2021. Prior to this role, Amy was the General Counsel at First Financial Bank NA from February 2015 to April 2021, and also worked as an attorney at Lind Law Firm for nearly a year. Earlier in the career, Amy gained experience as a Banking and Institutional Investing Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates and held various roles at Mayer Brown, culminating in the position of Corporate Associate. The legal career began at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP as a Private Client Associate, following a position as a Finance Associate at Mayer Brown. Amy Hock earned a Master of Social Work from New York University and holds a Doctor of Law degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Anthropology, and History from Indiana University Bloomington.
