Lea Mahieu

Lea Mahieu is an experienced HR professional with a focus on talent management and employee integration. Currently serving as Adjointe DRH - Chargée formation at Union-Matériaux since September 2018, Lea supports 500 employees and 50 managers across multiple locations in various HR functions, including competency development, personnel administration, and internal training design. Previously held roles include Chargée intégration et formation and Assistante RH, where responsibilities spanned recruitment, onboarding, and administrative staff management. Lea completed a Master in SIRH at IAE Montpellier and has a solid educational foundation in Human Resources from various institutions.
