Kristin Novak David

Kristin Novak David has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kristin started their career in 2006 as a Major Help Outreach Coordinator/Career Advocate at Syracuse University. In 2008, they joined Hartford Public Schools as a Social Studies Teacher, where they served as a Teach For America Corps Member until 2010.

In 2011, Kristin moved to The Boston Foundation, where they worked as an Executive Assistant in the Development and Donor Services department until 2016. During this time, they gained valuable experience in donor relations and fundraising.

From 2016 to 2018, Kristin worked at More Than Words as a Foundation & Corporate Grants Manager, responsible for securing funding through grant applications and managing relationships with corporate foundations.

Currently, Kristin is employed at the Union of Concerned Scientists as a Sr. Administrator to the President and Executive Director, a position they have held since 2018.
